Reportage Properties in Abu Dhabi
Since embarking on our inaugural project in Abu Dhabi in 2014, Reportage Group has undergone significant expansion in terms of structure, size, and project portfolio. Today, it stands as one of the largest private developers in the United Arab Emirates.
The maiden venture, Leonardo Residences in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, marked a triumphant milestone for Reportage Properties, culminating in its successful completion and handover in 2018. Notably, the project achieved remarkable success, with a complete sell-out within an unprecedented timeframe. A staggering 93% of all apartments were reserved on the very first day after the official groundbreaking ceremony held on April 10, 2016. This success exemplifies the company’s capability to create lucrative and marketable properties, consistently delivering projects on schedule.
As of now, Reportage Properties is actively engaged in the development of 11 projects, comprising over 5,000 property units across the UAE. These projects span seven locations in Abu Dhabi, including Masdar City, Al Raha Beach, Al Maryah Island, and Yas Island, along with four additional developments in Dubai.
CEO Islam Ahmed Suleiman reported that the company achieved sales exceeding AED 500 million since the commencement of 2021, a substantial increase from AED 165 million in the same period of 2020. Notably, first-quarter sales in 2021 amounted to AED 369 million, showcasing a remarkable growth rate of 180% compared to AED 132 million in the first quarter of 2020. In 2020, total sales reached AED 812 million, a 125% increase from the figures in 2019. Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, these impressive sales results underscore Reportage Properties’ robust performance, the allure of its projects, and the resilience of the UAE real estate sector.
